At GUTTA LLC, we strive to ensure your rental home remains safe, efficient, and well-maintained throughout your lease term. As part of our standard, semi-annual property care process, we conduct a quick digital routine check every six months.

To respect your time and privacy, we do not require an in-person visit. Instead, we kindly ask that you take 5 minutes to snap a few photos of the home and upload them to our secure portal.

What We Need (Takes About 5 Minutes):

  • Air filter photos: Show the current condition of your HVAC air filters (recommended every 3 months)
  • Under-sink areas: Quick photos under kitchen and bathroom sinks to check for leaks
  • General home condition: A few photos showing overall maintenance and cleanliness
  • Any concerns: Optional photos of any maintenance issues you'd like us to address
  • Frequency: We request these photos as part of our semi-annual check (every 6 months)
  • All photos are securely stored and only accessible by your property manager
  • File formats: JPG, PNG, JPEG (max 10MB per file)
